So the first thing I look for in a bicycle helmet is that it is lightweight and that's exactly what this is. Also, really easy to adjust. So let me just put it on for you so that you can see. So these are the features that I find to be key for me in making a bicycle helmet decision. Since I'm going to be taking a bicycle ride, for me almost always it's about an hour. It has to be lightweight and yet not move around and that's why I love the dial on the back of this bicycle helmet because it's so easy to adjust and I also like the fact that it has tons of vents throughout the helmet. So I'm going to get lots of airflow and another feature is the fact that it has this little visor right here. So if I've got my head down like this and I'm bicycling even with my sunglasses, sometimes you can get that real bright sunlight on your forehead which makes you kind of wrinkle up your forehead and get a headache. But because of this visor I feel well protected from the sun. So those are some of the key features that have made this bicycle helmet. It's a Schwinn Adult Bicycle helmet, an excellent choice for me and that is my point of view.
