It's made with fried garlic chips, shallots and peanuts and it is super crunchy. This is less of a sauce and more of a crunchy flavor bomb topping and trust me, it always hits. It's super savory and delicious. It's got a little bit of chili, not spicy. You can put it on anything from appetizers and snacks to tacos, eggs, grits, pizza, ramen, literally anything this stuff touches turns to flavor gold and that texture is just amazing.
