RUNWE Adjustable Dumbbells Sets

Hey everyone it's Bala from WTI and if you're working out at home more and you have been looking for weights, I really have to show you this set from RUNWE. This is their adjustable barbell and it is 50 pounds made up of two separate dumbbells. So here I have it loaded up with 25 pounds each. So these are 50 pounds combined. And ladies, lifting weights is not just for the guys. It is one of the best workouts for losing weight. So this set comes with 12 plates and it's all coated so you don't have to worry about your floors getting scratched. And the barbell handle has a nice rubber coating so you don't have to worry about it slipping. Especially when you're doing those overhead movements, you definitely want to have a good grip. Now the bar itself is steel with a nice protective coating. So if you're gonna be doing any squats, it's really comfortable on your neck. So you can go from dumbbell setup to a barbell setup in a matter of seconds. You just attach the steel pole to the ends and then you're gonna secure it with this wing bolt enhanced spin lock. This has a safety feature to make sure your plates do not slip. Now this is a setup I like. A little bit less weight only on the ends. But if you're a guy and you want a little bit more, you can add more on the inside. But I'm telling you, 50 pounds is the perfect amount of weights for an everyday workout. And I am loving not having multiple sets. So if you're trying to work out from home more, you need to get yourself an adjustable barbell. It's gonna save you so much space and it's incredibly versatile. But that's my point of view.
