Our Point of View on Quest Nutrition High Protein Bars

Hey, it's Kate with WTI. I'm always on the hunt for a delicious protein bar and I love this protein bar from Quest. This is their chocolate chip cookie dough and a couple of things I love about this is the fact that it has 21 grams of protein. So this is an awesome filling bar. It's a great snack for on the go, but it only has one gram of sugar, which is so amazing. And this is really, really yummy. So sometimes when you get into protein bars that don't have a lot of sugar in them, maybe you're sacrificing on taste, but this is so delicious. You, I don't feel that way at all. It's also a good size. So you really feel like you are getting a good size snack out of this. It's not like a puny little bar. And look at those chocolate chips. It is super, super yummy. It's got a really good flavor, that delicious chocolate chip cookie dough. I love it. Such a substantial bar that I really feel good about grabbing. It gives me the protein that I need, the energy that I need. And it's so great to take with me on the go when I need a little snack, but not so little snack because this is definitely filling. That's just my point of view.
