This has active cultures in it and it is so easy to give to your little fur babies. I have an adult cat who's around seven years old. And then I have a kitten who is just around 12 weeks old. And they both love the way this tastes, which makes it so easy to get to them. You don't have to try to shove a pill down their throat or hide it in food. I literally just open the package and sprinkle the powder onto their dry kibble. For my smaller cat, I give her half a package. And then for my older cat, I'm giving her a whole package a day.
