PIN JIAN Foldable Weight Bench & Black Adjustable Weight Bench

If you think that you need bulky equipment for your home workouts, think again. I'm Megan with WTI and this PIN JIAN compact weight bench has really helped me to up my home workout game. This bench is so versatile. I can do many different kinds of workout movements with it. It's very solid and sturdy with almost no movement when I'm using it. It's not extremely heavy, so I find it pretty easy to move around my workout space to accommodate whatever I'm doing. I love how it is so quick and simple to adjust from the flat position to an angled position. I had a flat workout bench before and I did like it, but this one with the option to transform it to an angled position, it really expands the type of strength training that I could do. The smooth surface of the material covering it means that I can easily wipe it down after every workout and keep it very clean. For reference, I'm 5'3'' tall and about 140 pounds and I find the dimensions of this bench to be perfect for me. It gives me the freedom to try out a wide variety of movements, but that's just my point of view.
