Every fall I get a little apprehensive because I know that things are about to get colder and darker and that sometimes can bring me down. But I have a hard time with consistency when I have to sit in front of a light for at least 30 minutes every morning. Since I got these glasses, I have been absolutely consistent every single day and I can tell that it's making a difference. Oftentimes I start my day doing work in bed and it's so nice to be able just to reach over and grab these glasses and put them on. I'm going to show you the view that I see when I have the glasses on. As you can see, it doesn't take over your entire view, but it's along the top a little bit below your brow line. Now obviously everybody's head size is different where these might fit on your face might be slightly different. But what's nice about this is it does have an adjustable nose tab. And I've noticed like my husband has been using them too and it fits very comfortably for him as well. I love that not only are these super convenient to use, but there are a lot of different options. They're also equivalent to 10,000 lux white light and they're a hundred percent UV free. So I know that they're safe for my eyes and I'm getting the amount of light that I need to really help me out. There is a preset timer of 30 minutes on the glasses. And I really like that because then I don't have to think about how long have I had these on and it doesn't fade out. So it's not jarring when the light goes off. I think that this design is just amazing. It's been so useful for me as I'm getting into those fall and winter periods. I just love everything.
