Not only is it heat resistant and super flexible, it's really nice when you're trying to cook eggs, when you're flipping things, anything you need to do, this is great. I've had this for quite a while and there's no things that are like peeling off of it. I've had some other cheaper turners and they start peeling off almost on the edges because of the heat, but because of the silicone, like I mentioned, that's not going to happen with this.
