OUII Perforated Pizza Peel

I've never tried getting a pizza out of a blazing hot pizza oven without feeling like there's a little risk of getting burned. Hi, it's Hannah with WTI and this OUII aluminum pizza peel with the foldable wood handle has saved me from all risk. I have been loving using my new pizza oven and this peel has honestly made the whole process so much easier. The aluminum is super lightweight, so it's easy when you're sliding food in and out of that heat. It doesn't feel clunky or heavy. The edge is also really thin so it just slips right under whatever you're cooking. The handle is kind of a star. It can fold up if you're storing it. It also can be used at different angles. You just adjust the little bolt and not going through it. Also because it's made of wood, it also doesn't get scorching hot while you're working over the oven. Getting things in and out of a pizza oven can be chaotic, especially when you're juggling different foods. But this peel makes everything feel smooth and intentional. No sticking, no wobbling, no panic. Just good food. So if you've got a pizza oven or you're thinking about getting one, this is one of those accessories that just makes the whole experience better. Get one, but that's my point of view.
