Hey, it's Gina with WTI. If you love water sports, then you know how important it is to have a comfortable personal flotation device that you can really count on. This is specifically made for paddle boarding or kayaking because it allows for a lot of movement. It doesn't restrict your arms or moving around your waist, upper body, all of that. But it still gives you that security of knowing you have a device if you really need it. My husband is six foot, 190 pounds, has a 42 inch chest, and I got him the medium large. When he first tried it on, he thought it was too small, but then I pointed out that there are adjustable shoulder straps and side straps so that you can go ahead and expand it or contract it to whatever your size is. In fact, I could wear this. I'm 140 pounds and 5'4", and I could move the straps around in order to fit me too. We got the yellow color, which matches one of our paddle boards. This also comes with a whistle, which is required by RC in order to go out on the water with anything over 10 feet. I also like that there's mesh in the back, so if you do get wet, it is a quick dry so that you don't feel just soaking and uncomfortable. This is a really great personal flotation device. In fact, I have one in small that I use all the time when we paddle board. I highly recommend it, and that's my point of view.
