Hey guys, this is Danielle with WTI here and I'm here to tell you about really awesome author I found out about. The Angela, sorry Angela, but Angela Lidon. I'm not sure. I'm terrible with pronunciation, so I apologize, but she is a vegan cookbook writer and her stuff is so good. I am not a vegetarian. I am not a vegan. I do appreciate fruits and vegetables, but it's not something I would typically go for, but when I tried her stuff, like for example, my first recipe with her was the glow bars, which I highly recommend. No sugar added, so I made them this morning. My kids love them, but it's all healthy stuff for you. I like how she divides her cookbooks. In here it says she's got snacks, breakfast, salad smoothies, entrees, side soups, and it goes on. So I like how it's spelled out for you. In the back there is an index. So if you know what you are looking for, you can find in the back. Well, one of my favorite things about this cookbook is that every recipe has a picture. So for example, the fastest sprouted steel cut oatmeal. There's a picture. That's what it should look like. For example, the hemp heart sorghum to bully. There's a picture and there's a recipe. Let's see what else there is just for another example. Oh, I can show you what some of her desserts look like. The flourless peanut butter cookies. You turn the page and there's your picture. So I love when cookbooks do that so that you know like, hey, it's not going to look perfect, but at least I can kind of get an idea of how it's going to look. This is a great cookbook. I highly recommend it. It's not a flimsy one. This is a paperback. It's not flimsy. Um, even though it says paper, I automatically think flimsy, but it's a pretty solid front cover. And I think that once you start using her stuff, you're going to be blown away. That vegan is something that's doable and you're going to like it. Get her stuff. I highly recommend it. And that is my point of view.
