nutrazul Hydration Booster Electrolytes

Did you know that not all electrolyte drinks are made the same? My name is Kate with WTI and what makes these hydration booster sticks from nutrazul different than other electrolytes that I've seen is that it includes glucose. So glucose helps your body to absorb electrolytes. So a lot of the zero sugar options leave that out. So I thought that was a really interesting fact. They also taste really great. So it comes in three different varieties. So you have lemon lime, which is my favorite. There's acai berry and passion fruit. Each stick gives you sodium, of course, potassium, and then a whole range of vitamins. All you do is empty a stick into a glass of water. I like a lot of water, at least two cups. And so it gives it a really nice flavor. It takes a minute or two to dissolve. So if it's still looking a little chunky, just give it a little bit of time and it'll disappear. It doesn't taste artificial. It's really nice, especially on a hot day or even when you're recovering from a workout, a long day, anytime you need that extra boost of hydration, this is a great choice. And because they come in those little packets, it's really easy to take on the go.
