Northdeer Steel Dumbbells

Hey guys, it's Gina with WTI. I love working out with weights and I have found that these adjustable dumbbells from Northdeer have really taken my exercise routine up to the next level. I've used other adjustable dumbbells in the past and I just find them to be very cumbersome and they take a long time to switch in between weights. That is not the case with these adjustable dumbbells. They screw in really easily and smoothly. It's a quick transition, especially when I'm doing drop sets. So I am trying to bulk up a little bit in addition to toning and doing drop sets I've found to be really beneficial. I can quickly change down from a 15 to a 12 to a 10 to a seven within just a few seconds and it keeps my heart rate up and I know I'm really testing myself to my limits. It's really safe the way that they screw in together. I feel confident doing overhead moves that they're not going to come undone and hit me in the head. The handle is really comfortable and squishy. It doesn't hurt your hand because you do a lot of gripping, especially when you get into those heavier weights. Of course, one of the hugest advantages of having adjustable dumbbells is that they take up less space. So I can have such a variety of weights just taking up like a one foot square space and that's really important to me. I can just have them right here in my living room and get a full body workout. The company included rubber rings that you can put around the weights. They're not necessary for use, but they help protect your floor and the weights from damage. These weights are well made. They're heavy duty. They're going to last me a really long time and I just love the finish on them. It's really sleek and it makes it fun to work out with. I highly recommend these North Deer adjustable dumbbells and that's my point of view.
