Hi, my name is John with WTI and today I want to show you something that has really helped me in my fitness journey, with my fitness goals. That is the NewMe Fitness Journal. Now I had originally downloaded something like this on my phone, a fitness app to help you track your progress. And I just found it's so small on my phone and I'm at the gym, I didn't really like it. But I really like this book. It's just big enough that you can see everything clearly. If I show you here, it's super easy to see your different exercises, then you have your different sets, how much weight you did last time and the number of reps. But it's also small enough that it doesn't take out much room. It's easy just to put beside your water bottle at the gym or at home and right after you do a set right in what you were able to do. Now the other thing that I found very interesting about this, because your progress is never steady, just straight up. You know you had your good days and your bad days. So down at the bottom, you're able to explain how you felt that day, how your nutrition was. Some days you wake up and you're just ready to exercise, ready to go to the gym, you feel good, you slept well, you ate well and you have lots of energy. And so obviously you might be able to lift more on those days. Other days you feel a little bit down, a little bit tired because you didn't sleep well or you didn't eat well or for whatever reason, whatever things were going on in your life. And so it's easy to not get discouraged. When you see, oh I had a bit of a bad day, but these are the reasons why. And then your next day you ate well, you slept well, you progressed and that is good motivation to keep going. So so far I absolutely love using this at the gym. It keeps me motivated and I'm able to track my progress to try and progress. Maybe not day after day, but at least week after week, month after month and I absolutely love it. So again, I'm John with WTI. I highly recommend this for your fitness journey and that's my point of view.
