Hi, this is Christina with WTI and I want to share this supplement that I've been taking called Vitex. It's from Nature Way. So, Vitex is good for like your monthly cycle, making it more regular, making it so that you don't have as much hormonal imbalance, that kind of a thing. Now, I have to say that I've been taking it for about a month and I have really seen some major improvement. I had like no PMS this month. I feel like my hormones have been more balanced throughout the month. I feel calmer and that's the effect that I have had. The capsule itself is about an average size capsule. It is a gel outer capsule which I like a lot easier to swallow for me and like I said, just an average size, no taste, so I haven't had any trouble swallowing it. It recommends in the beginning taking one capsule like two to three times daily and then once it's in your system, you can just take one capsule a day. So I found that one capsule a day has done the trick. I like it. It's worked great for me and maybe it'll work for you and that's my point of view.
