Our Point of View on MindPanda Feeling & Emotions Card Games

Hey guys, this is Danielle with WTI here and I'm here to share with you MindPanda's Happy Snap Emotional Awareness Game. So I am a homeschool mom and I'm constantly trying to get my kids to tell me if they have issues, if they're getting stressed with their work, if somebody's bothering them. I just constantly want them to know that they can be close to me and this has been an awesome game for that because it makes sharing your emotions fun. So for example, this card is surprised and what you do is you tell your kid, it says, pull your best surprised face. So that's what a kid would do, is surprise a good feeling and why. So you let your kid explain how they feel and why they feel that way and says if surprise was a sound, what if surprise was a sound, what would it sound like? So I love how this is really just getting your kids engaged. It's really helping them to explain at their level and there's a whole bunch of different feelings and emotions, for example, disappointed, inferior, content, grateful. So this was great and how we played it. I know they give you a little list of a ton of different ways to play it, but how we did it was we each picked up a card in my family and we picked one person to explain or answer these questions and then we went from there and my kids really liked doing this. I really liked doing it. It helped us to be closer as a family. So I highly recommend these cards and that was my point of view.
