Our Point of View on Melissa Clark Dinner Cookbooks From Amazon

Hello, I'm Nina with WTI. I have a very good cookbook here called Dinner Changing the Game. I've bookmarked a recipe that I've just recently made. I'll share it with you. It is a fish soup, which typically I wouldn't really make fish soup. But because this book has such beautiful, motivating pictures for each recipe, it motivated me to get in there and try it. And I did, and it was delicious. All of the recipes in here have really good pictures, which is essential for cookbook. That's kind of why we buy cookbooks, is to help us get motivated to cook something delicious. So really, really good pictures in this book. And I like, too, the quality of the paper. It's kind of a glossy, both even the recipe page and the picture page is kind of glossy. So if you spill a little something on your recipe book, you can wipe it right off. So there it is. I am really, really enjoying this cookbook. And that is my point of view.
