It's really easy to cook up. It takes no time at all. You just rinse the rice and then cook it up like any other type of rice. I usually just cook it on the stove top but if you had a rice cooker you could do that as well. I love that the greens are long. They're very fluffy and it just has a really beautiful flavor.
