Luca's Truffles Black Truffle Oil

Hey, it's Gina with WTI. Are you looking to jazz up mealtime? I have been intimidated by the thought of using truffle oil in my dishes, but since I got this one from Luca's Truffles, I am using it on everything. I was afraid that the flavor would be too rich and too bold and would overpower the taste of my dishes. But I found that it enhanced the flavor and just made everything taste so much better. So this black truffle oil is made with shavings of black truffle and that's infused in high quality extra virgin olive oil from Italy. A little bit goes a long way. So I would just try experimenting with a few drops to begin with. And then you can move up to the drizzle depending on whether you just want a hint of black truffle flavor or a more robust flavor experience. I am so happy that I tried this black truffle oil. Now I am not intimidated at all by it. I love the way that it tastes and that's my point of view.
