Hi, I'm Amy with WTI and I wanted to introduce you to my Lodge Cast Iron enameled 6 quart Dutch Oven. I love this thing. Look at this beauty. It's all shiny. So the nice thing about going with enamel is that it's a lot easier to clean. It's also super pretty. You don't have to season it and that's what I wanted. Something that was going to be easy. I picked the Oyster White. I think it just looked really pretty in my kitchen but they do have other colors. I'll take the lid off here and show you the inside. When I'm cleaning this, I just use a scratchless sponge, warm soapy water. It cleans up really easily. You do not want to use metal utensils in this. We use wooden utensils, silicone and that helps prevent it from scratching up. I really appreciate how the heat retention is amazing. Also, the heat is evenly distributed. I'll show a few things that we've cooked in this. We're cooking cannolis. In this one, we were cooking some pasta with cheese and broccoli. I highly recommend this. I really think you are going to absolutely love it. It's going to be a piece that you use all the time. Right from the stove, right to the kitchen table. It's so beautiful but that is my point of view.
