For one thing they dissolve very quickly into water so I feel like I'm automatically getting the full product when I make it in my glass. I also really really like that this is going to replenish you and give you a good amount of salt and potassium. And this is great for a low energy level and also good before you're going to do a workout and they come in really really handy for that. I initially had thought that each packet was just for one eight ounce glass of water but that is not the case. This is going to give you 16 to 32 ounces depending on how much salty taste that you want in your drinks. So you get good amounts in each of these little packets and I love the flavors as well. Great product from LMNT. Really really happy to use something that's healthy and adds to your diet and is good for you and that is my point of view.
