Life Extension Vitamins D & K Capsules

Hey, it's Gina from WTI. Okay, question for you. Who doesn't want to have a better immune system and healthier bones? I think everyone would say that they do. And that's why I love this supplement from Life Extension. It has vitamins D and K in it. And I know that I would rather get what I need as far as supplementation goes from the food that I eat, but it's just not possible to get all the levels that your body needs. Plus, I live in an area that is dark most of the year. And so I just don't get the levels of D that I need to from the sunshine. Plus, I am in my 40s, so I'm getting older and I know that I need to start concentrating on things that come with age. So we all know that vitamin D is so good for helping your body to absorb calcium. But did you also know that vitamin K is necessary as well? It helps to transport calcium from the bloodstream into your bones. How amazing is that? Plus, I love this brand in particular because they source everything from raw ingredients. And the pills are so small. I take handfuls of pills every single day. And so to have something that's on the smaller side is such a relief. It gives me a little break from all those horse pills that I take. It makes me so happy to know that I'm using a supplement that comes from quality ingredients. It's good for me, especially in the long run. And it's so easy to take because the pill is so stinking tiny. Now, I would recommend that you talk to your physician and find out if this is a good fit for you. But I really love taking it and I'm not going to stop anytime soon. But that's just my point of view.
