Our Point of View on LEGO Super Mario Desert Expansion Set From Amazon

Hi, I'm Christy with WTI and I'm going to share with you today a little project my son and I worked on over the weekend. It is this adorable Pokey sand set. This is an expansion set so it's designed to go with the other Mario LEGO sets so you can create your own customizable level. It interacts with this little Mario here and I'm going to show you how it works. It's really cute. Okay, I want to show you how you set it up. So Pokey comes in individual pieces like this, which I couldn't figure out why when we were building it. He didn't like snap together, but it's because you're going to place his pieces, his body into this part here. See these on the back? So you slide them down like this. Put his head on top of course and then you take your little Mario and this is the part that scans these little codes here. So you want to make sure Mario is standing on the little bar codes. So you can hear it. If you recognize that sound, that's from the sand kingdom from where Pokey's from. So then you take this little thing and you, oh, I just knocked all the pieces on the floor. And then you have this piece. This has the bar code on it. You can hit that and he collects coins and then you've got the mole over here and you collect more coins. It's so cute. So my son really enjoys this set. I love that LEGO made all the Mario sets interactive. I think it's so smart. So if you've got a little one that likes to build and loves Mario, they're going to love this just as much as my little guy does. That's my point of view.
