KXEXK Yoga Mat Set for Beginners

Hi, I'm Brittany with WTI and I want to show you a quick and easy set that I found that's going to help you to get the most out of your workout. This yoga mat by KXEXK is so nice. It's easy to carry on the go. The mat is so squishy and comfortable. It has a great seam. It comes with a secure strap. You can easily take off and roll out. I like how flat it sits immediately. The two yoga blocks are so firm and soft at the same time. They're great for adding balance for aerobic workouts, for adding padding to your elbows, your hands, your knees when you're doing strength training. It also helps having good posture when you're doing any other workout. It helps you to get a good stretch so that you don't overextend yourself and cause possible injuries. Everything is so easy to clean and wipe off. They have these awesome jump rope stimulators. It has these little weighted balls at the end that give you the feeling of jump roping, but not have to worry about hitting or whipping yourself in the process or to have to pause your workout because you get caught in your rope. Everything is so easy to store. If you're wanting to work out indoors, it's so easy to set up and does not move while I'm doing my moves. It comes with this adorable cute little scrunchie because I always forget a hair tie when I need to work out. The exercise ball comes with its own pump. And it comes with a pin remover. The pump can be used by hand or by foot. So useful for any ab back workouts. And the jump rope can also be used indoors and not get caught on any furniture. It rolls up nice. You can use the strap for the mat or put it in the bag and use the strap on that. I like also if I'm doing any computer work to have it at my desk to get a little extra workout throughout the day. I really loved everything about this set. It just made things so easy to get up, get going, and get that workout in. But that's just my point of view.
