Hi everyone, this is Yani here with WTI. Today I want to introduce you to my best friend here in the kitchen, the KitchenAid mixer. Let me show you how it works and I'm also going to show you a quick ice cream recipe that I make here before I freeze it. Pretty much anytime you're going to mix something, you're going to easily raise the bowl so everything mixes evenly at the bottom. Then when you're done using it, you're going to lower the bowl and then you can remove the attachments. Super easy to remove as well. You just turn them and they literally just come off. Also the bowl is super simple. It's got these little attachments right here that you just have to lift it and it comes right off. So very simple. You just have to make sure that these three things line up right here and that's it. I also love how big this bowl is so you definitely can fit so much in here. So this is a simple five ingredient ice cream recipe. I use almond milk, heavy cream, brown sugar, cocoa powder and vanilla. There are 10 different speeds on the mixer so you're slowly going to increase the speed. Once everything is well mixed together, you can reduce the speed until you completely stop the mixture. Now we're going to lower the bowl, remove the attachment and there you have it. Your ice cream mixture is well mixed together, no lumps and ready to go in the freezer. The other thing that I love about this mixer is how strong and heavy duty this is. This is heavy. Like even for me to lift this, it's like I have to make an effort because it's really it's so heavy. I don't even know how many pounds this is but it's heavy. So there is no risk of your kids maybe tilting it by accident. It's actually pretty strong. This is heavy duty for sure. I am in love with this. I don't know if I could live without it to be honest. Here in the kitchen my kids love when we make cookies and cakes so I use this all the time. I would say I use it every day and it's just so useful. You will absolutely love it but that's just my point of view.
