KitchenAid Pasta Roller Attachment

Hi, this is Karen with WTI. One of the main reasons that I love my KitchenAid mixer is because I can have attachments like this one. I can make tettucine, I could make spaghetti. I love how simple it is just to set it up to make it secure just with a little with a little choice. And also the fact that you can make your pasta thinner or you can make your pasta thicker, it's up to you. It has different settings and you choose. All I need to do is just turn it on and put my dough into a roller. And as you can notice, it's super silty, it doesn't stick into my fingers or the rollers. It's just perfect fresh pasta. And look how beautiful the pasta comes out. Just the perfect shape. And that's my point of view.
