Our Point of View on Kiss Me Organics Matcha Green Tea

Hi, it's Kirsten from WTI and I wanted to share with you one of my favorite ways to include matcha powder in my diet and my favorite matcha that I use is the Kiss Me Organics Organic Matcha. So I'm a big coffee drinker and I decided to give matcha a try as many people said that the caffeine level was about the same and I didn't leave them with a bit of a crash mid-morning which is what I was finding with my coffee intake and I'm really pleasantly surprised because I didn't normally really enjoy green tea but I actually really liked the way I felt after I started drinking matcha every morning. So a lot of people can drink matcha just with water and that's about it, maybe a little bit of a sweetener. I do like to make a matcha latte with other ingredients that definitely I think makes the matcha powder taste a lot better but I really like the fact that one teaspoon of this matcha powder can has the same amount of caffeine as a cup of coffee and that the my energy levels can last for three to six hours which is incredible. I don't need to keep drinking cups and cups of coffee all morning long. So let me show you how I use this Kiss Me Organics Matcha powder in my matcha latte. Okay, we're going to start with one teaspoon of matcha powder, stick that in the blender, then we're going to go to half a teaspoon of cinnamon and we're going to add a quarter teaspoon of the turmeric and now comes the sweet part maple syrup. So two tablespoons of maple syrup one, two, everything's approximate here and then you want to add about a cup of your favorite steamed milk. So I have some steamed oat milk here and then you want to add a cup of hot water. Make sure your water isn't too hot or it could burn the matcha. So I'm going to let this blend and I'll show you what it looks like. Okay, so here is what it looks like. It has that really nice earthy green color. It smells amazing. It is my favorite way to drink matcha to include it in my diet. So the Kiss Me Organic Matcha powder is awesome because first of all when you open the bottle which mine is I think the packaging is a little bit outdated but the same product it comes in this really nice sealed bag so you know it's super fresh and the powder is really nice and green. It just smells grassy earthy. It's a really really good quality matcha powder and I love that I'm including antioxidants in my diet. So the Kiss Me Organics Matcha powder is a must for anyone that likes the the high of caffeine but doesn't like the crash and that's my point of view.
