Our Point of View on King Arthur Gluten Free Muffin Mix

Hey guys, this is Danielle from WTI here and I'm a baker. I love to bake. I grew up, my mom would constantly have something in the house for us to eat cookies, brownies, cakes. Yes, I know, bad habits. Stir it young, but I have continued that into my adulthood. So, um, I was not gluten free when I was a kid and we are now. So it was a little challenge at first getting used to everything, but this right here, I make things from scratch. This is the best muffin mix we have ever used. Um, I actually prefer this to making my muffins from scratch because it's so moist. Their muffins are so moist and I like that it's just literally the muffin mix. You can add whatever you want inside the muffins. We have been creative. We'd made cinnamon streusel muffins. We've made blueberry. We've added just random berries to our mix. Um, chocolate chips, you name it. We've tried it. We love it. I keep this on hand because when we do want a little something sweet in the morning, um, this is what we grab and you're still adding, I just want to say that even though it's not from scratch, it's pretty legit because you still have to add butter or oil, eggs, milk, and then your add-ons. Of course, um, we like to add a little bit of, um, Greek yogurt to this just to make it a little bit more moist. And I don't know, this is one of those things that you can just have fun with. You can literally sprinkle it in each muffin a different flavor, but this stuff, don't hesitate. Purchase it. You will not regret it. And that is our point of view.
