Jointhera Resistance Bands

Hi, I'm Stacey with WTI. I love being able to exercise with different types of equipment. These awesome bands by Jointhera are definitely not letting me down when it comes to doing different exercises. This is a set of five different bands and each of them has a different tension which is clearly marked on the top of all of the bands. The best part about these bands is that they are latex free which is really good if you're having sensitivities to latex. We know many people have allergies so it's definitely such a great feature. The bands are well made and they are durable. I love using these whether it comes to doing some arm exercises or leg exercises. You can use these whether you're doing standing exercises or right from the floor. I love these bands because they are great for home use but they're also super awesome for travel. They very easily fold up and pack away into a bag and they come with a case so you can keep them all together all the time. I'm really impressed by the quality of these bands and with that great feature of being latex free. If you're looking for bands that will help you to be able to do more exercise at home and they don't take up a lot of space you definitely need to check these out but that's just my point of view.
