Our Point of View on Jamieson Vitamin E Complex Softgels

Hey guys, it's Janae from WTI. So I've been taking Vitamin E for the last couple of months because it's a great source of antioxidants, also great for your brain and heart health. And so I wanted to show you the ones I've been taking. These ones are from Jamieson. Now I really like their vitamins. I just find that they're really great quality and these ones are no exception. So these ones come in 120 soft gels and each soft gel contains 400 international units of Vitamin E. Now I don't really like taking anything that needs to be swallowed, but I find that these go down very easily. They're small in size as you can see. The casing is nice and soft, but it remains intact when you're swallowing it. And it doesn't leave any sort of funny aftertaste. So I take one every morning with breakfast. It doesn't contain any gluten or starch or artificial colors. So this is a great quality product. Top choice for taking Vitamin E and that's my point of view.
