Hi, I'm Christy with WTI and lately I've been focused on styling my kitchen countertops and I want to share a piece with you that's been essential in making my kitchen look beautiful and add to the function is this beautiful acacia turntable. So what I really love is the natural wood grains and the warmth it brings to my space. I have a lot of cool colors going on so this helps bring balance to that. It is a turntable which adds to the functionality of it but what I use this for is I place my utensils, my butter dish, my oil and vinegar. It all lives on this and I think when you have things out on your countertop when they have something underneath that helps center everything and ground it so you know it's supposed to be there and I think it just adds to the beauty. Let me show you the difference. So if you look at my countertop right now without these items being on something it's kind of like are those supposed to be there or did she just leave those out and forget to put them away but when you put this underneath you know okay that's where those belong and then it just looks pretty and like I said it adds to the functionality because while I'm cooking I can turn this if I need to to help access my utensils, my butter.
