Iron Brothers Protein Powder

If you're on the hunt for a protein powder that doesn't taste like chalk, you're in the right place. My name is Kate with WTI and this is the Iron Brothers whey protein powder in vanilla marshmallow. I have tried many different vanilla proteins and they often have that sickly sweet taste. This one doesn't. It is so well balanced. My husband and I are both using this protein powder. I really love how it's low sugar. The calories are very reasonable and it packs 24 grams of protein. This protein powder blends super well. So even just with water, it comes with a shaker cup. Within a few seconds you have a really creamy, delicious protein drink. My favorite way to use it is in a smoothie. You can also use this in different recipes like baking. I've used these in protein balls. You can make waffles. You can even put it in your coffee. There are a million ways to use this. Now it's made up of mostly whey protein for quick absorption, but it also has a little bit of milk protein added so it keeps you full for a little bit longer. I am so pleased with the quality of this. I love that it's made in Canada. I know that I'm putting something really great in my body and it definitely helps to fuel and recover from our workouts. So I absolutely recommend it and that's my point of view.
