Integrative Therapeutics NAC Supplement

Hey, it's Rachel with WTI. If you're looking for a way to boost your immunity this winter season, I'd highly recommend looking into a supplement called NAC. The long name is N-acetyl L-cysteine. This is a supplement that helps to prevent free radical damage. It helps to increase glutathione in the body. It's by an excellent company called Integrative Therapeutic. We know that all supplements aren't created equal. If you go to a natural doctor, an N.D., they may recommend this brand because it is an excellent company, fairly highly rated. I like that the top just clicks open and shut and so it makes it really easy to come out. There are just white capsules that are, you know, standard size. There are 60 capsules that come in this bottle, so it'll last one or two months. It's not something that I take all the time when I'm trying to keep my immunity up. I find that it's super helpful.
