Hi, it's Kirsten from WTI. I don't know about you, but I love a kitchen appliance that saves me time and money. Welcome to the Instant Pot IP Duo. So this appliance is amazing. It's several appliances into one price. So you get your slow cooker, you get a pressure maker, you get a yogurt maker. Literally anything you could want to do to your food, the Instant Pot does. So let me show you one of my family's favorite ways of using the Instant Pot. Okay, to make the bone broth, you just add the bones into the Instant Pot. The bones should have been cooked for a little bit in the oven. And next you're going to add your vegetables. So onion, celery, carrots, garlic, all go in there. Next you're going to add a little bit of apple cider vinegar, some bay leaves, those bay leaves in there, a little bit of salt. Okay, so you put the lid on, and you're going to put it onto sealing. There's an option for sealing and an option for venting. So you want it unsealed. Now you're going to choose pressure cook. And then for the bone broth, we have it at 120 minutes. So it's going to go nice and long. Okay, and you're going to stop and you're going to see that it's up, high pressure is highlighted, and you're going to wait a second, it's going to beep, and that means it's good to go. After straining it, this is the beautiful broth that we're left with. Can't wait to drink it. So this is an appliance that every family needs. And if you already have one, buy one for someone as a gift. They're going to love it, trust me. And that's my point of view.
