Our Point of View on Instant Pot Star Wars Addition From Amazon

Hi, I'm Sarah with WTI and I'm hanging out with one of my favorite tools in my kitchen, which is my Instant Pot. But this isn't just any Instant Pot. This is a really special one. Let me give you a closer look. But what makes this one so special is the fact that it is a Darth Vader edition Star Wars Instant Pot, which is of course even cooler than you can imagine. So one of my very favorite things to do in my Instant Pot is to make fruit preserves or jam. So I just want to show you how magical it is and how easy. So here I have frozen blueberries. You can use fresh or frozen. I have sugar and literally about a tablespoon of lemon juice. And that is it. I'm going to close the pressure cooker and I am going to put it on a two minute cook. And just wait until you see how these blueberries turn out. Now I'm going to add two tablespoons of cornstarch and that's just kind of dissolved in water. And I'm just adding it to that hot mix. Just be careful because it's really hot. And just look at the magic that happens here. As I stir this, it's going to thicken. So these are my blueberry preserves. Look at how thick that is. So just frozen blueberries, a little sugar in a short period of time inside my Darth Vader-themed Star Wars Instant Pot. And that's my point of view.
