It's not packaged in a plastic bag that would fall over in my pantry or be hard to open. It's in this really convenient shaker. So on one side you have this side where you can kind of shake it out. On this side you have where you can scoop or pour a lot of the powdered sugar on whatever you choose. Tonight I'm going to be using this side here, the shaker side.
