Ideal Security Patio Door Security Bar

Hi, I'm Everett WTI and if you are looking for a way to secure your sliding glass door that is affordable and very convenient and works great, this is it. This security bar is just perfect. It is a small little piece that just makes it so much easier. Before we had this we were putting a little stick of wood in the door, which if you tried hard enough you could actually move. This on the other hand locks into place. So you just press this little button here and that helps extend it out as far as you need it. You can use this bar just in the bottom of the door or you can use it the way that it's intended and prop it on the door. So I just attached these little holders with the little pieces of 3M tape that were provided. Because I'm not using the special childproof locks, I am fine with just eyeballing this and just making sure that they line up. But if you are using the childproof locks you'll definitely want to make sure you have more security and drill them in place. So we just make sure that they line up and then it's time to test it. I really love that this sits above the ground so I don't have to bend down. And we're all good. The little clips to hold these come with a little 3M paper so that you can attach it without creating any holes in your door. Or it also comes with screws if you want to have it very very secured, especially if you're using the child box you'll definitely need to use the screws. So this is a really great option for keeping the intruders out and that is my point of view.
