Hi, it's Ashley from WTI. If you have animals and carpets that need to be cleaned, the Hoover Pet Pro carpet cleaner is a must. Let me show you how well this works. This vacuum is very user friendly. You simply turn it on, press the handle release, you press down for water to come out, and then you release the handle to suck the water back up. It uses heat to dry the carpet faster as well, which is really cool. It has a really large tank capacity, and that makes it nice when you're doing a big carpet. It's easy to take off this fresh water tank. You simply push down and pull it out. You can add your water and your cleaner, push it back in, and then the dirty water basin is really easy too. It has these little snaps on the side, and you can simply pull that right out. Down at the bottom you'll notice the handle release is on the right and then on off on the left. It also comes with an upholstery attachment, which I absolutely love. And does it work? Well, yes it does. Overall, I highly recommend this vacuum. It has made carpet cleaning really easy and upholstery cleaning, and that's my point of view.
