HONGBAKE Meatloaf Pans with Drain Tray

Hey, it's Gina with WTI and I found the best way to make the perfect meatloaf. I've been using these meatloaf pans from HONGBAKE and I cannot believe how perfect they work. I like to make my meatloaf as moist as possible and I use a recipe that incorporates a few different types of vegetables. I was afraid that using these insets in the pans that have holes for draining out fat and juices that it might make my meatloaf dry, but actually I found it did not at all and my meatloaf was just as moist as it always has been, but it's so awesome because I don't have to worry about draining off the fat like I would if I just used a regular pan. These are nonstick and they absolutely live up to that. So my husband washed the pan that we cooked these in. Even though this was hard cooked on the side with meat and other ingredients, all he needed was a microfiber cloth and he was able to apply a tiny bit of elbow grease, but it came off so smooth and didn't leave any residual on the pan. So I'm super impressed with that. I think this color is gorgeous. It's gold and it is so beautiful. These come two to a pack and what I'm going to do is I'm going to keep one and then I'm going to give one as a gift because I think they're so pretty. These are my new secret weapon for making perfect meatloaf. I really love them and that's my point of view.
