HENCKELS Classic 3-Piece Knife Sets

Hey guys, it's Alicia with WTI. If you love to cook, you know that your most important tool in the kitchen is an excellent knife. I want to show you this three-piece set from Henckels that I have had for a long time and never lets me down. So this is a three-piece set and I use these knives all the time. So it comes with a paring knife, a utility knife, and a chef's knife which is the one that I reach for most often and use just all the time in my day-to-day cooking. These are made from a really high quality German stainless steel and they're really durable. I love the weight and the feel of these knives. They're comfortable to hold. You feel like you have really good control with them and just really well balanced and precise when you're cutting with them. So these knives are really good at holding their edge and keeping their sharpness. So of course I've had these a long time and we sharpen them often and try to maintain them but when we sharpen them that does stay really nice and razor sharp for a long time. These knives clean up really well. You can actually put them in the dishwasher. Usually I do wash them by hand just to kind of maintain the edge. They are stain and rust-free blades and again just minimal care to take care of these knives but they just work so so well.
