Hi, it's Evelyn with WTI and I was just about to make some coconut milk and I wanted to share with you my favorite coconut milk powder. It's this, it's Grace Coconut Milk. It comes in this 50 gram package and it comes in a box of 12. It's really, really, really great. It's easy to use. There's instructions on the back that give you options for either coconut milk or coconut cream, whichever one you like. They work super great. I love how easy it mixes. It stores great in the fridge. I also love how these packs are so small and light. You can, they don't take room in your cupboards. You can take them along with you on vacation if you're going somewhere to the cabin and you want some coconut milk, easy to put in your suitcase. I'm just going to show you how easy this is to mix up. So it's a powder form. Like I said, it looks like this. Whoops. And I'm just going to put some in here right now in my bowl. Take my whisk, mix it up and it blends. As you can see, look at that. It's just completely mixed and ready to use. You can put it in the fridge store, use it for coconut milk or you can use it for Thai food, which I like. You can use it for rice, anything you like. It is great. We've been using this for quite a while now and I will continue to use it. It's a great, great product and that's my point of view.
