It is so shiny. You can see that it's so moist because it's so shiny. It's not going to be dry in your mouth at all. The inside is just pure goodness. So the flavor, you barely taste the macadamia nut and the strawberry is a very slight taste as well. So what I really love about these bars is that they're non-GMO certified. They're gluten-free. They're vegan. They're keto certified. So it's a really great option and it just tastes delicious. This also has 5 grams of protein. So it is a really really great option for on the go to make sure that you have just a little bit of snack to tide you over.
