So it comes with a base as well as three pieces of tempered glass that you very carefully wiggle in. The glass is very sturdy so it feels good while you're putting it in. The center of the base has the place where you put the bioethanol fuel. And this fuel is smokeless and it does not have an odor. They included a silicone glove as well as a snuffer for the flame which is very easy to put it out once you have it going. The flame itself is very, very beautiful. We noticed that because of the positioning of the glass, you really get that tornado look and it's very, very pretty. It's such a statement piece if you have company over or if you want a nice cozy warm evening in. You can see I have my digital flame going in the background so it really just made me feel like the whole room was really warm. This piece is also functional because you could definitely take it with you if you wanted to really make a statement at a party.
