It is by Friendly Forest and this thing, first of all you can see how giant, I'll show you up close, but it has handles. Yeah. Perfect for gripping. My husband loves using this to make his steaks on the grill. It is wood ends. So some caution is needed when drying it to make sure they don't swell. Just make sure you set it on its side to avoid warping. I love this thing. It's so giant that I can leave it here on the countertop and allow people to cut on it without obsessing over cleaning up crumbs because they all stay on here. We love to use this as a toasting station. Everything you need fits right on top. No mess. Another great feature is the heirloom durability. So go ahead and chop anything you want on here. It does not damage. It doesn't dull your knives. It doesn't show a bunch of scratches. The end grain of these blocks is beneficial for the look, maintaining it longer and to avoid dulling your knife. It's that handmade beauty that really sets it apart from others. It's such a versatile piece. I can use this in so many different ways. One of the things we use it for is outside at the grill, making sure that we can season all the vegetables and season all the meat and then easy cleanup. Absolutely ideal and just what I wanted.
