Hi, this is Elisa from WTI and today I want to show you a secret to building nice round glutes and it's by using this FITGIRL ankle strap. I love carrying this with me. As you can see, it's pretty small. You can just carry it in your gym pack and it's so easy to use. You just strap it to the machine and you start doing those cable extension kickbacks. You can even do the abductions too which is something I love working out and it's not only for your legs but you can also use it for your upper body. I love this brand because the quality is very nice. It's very gentle for your ankle. It doesn't cause any pain. It doesn't cause any irritation. It's super practical to strap on, put on, carry around, bring it with you and get that shape you're looking for. This is something I would highly recommend. I really like it and that is my point of view.
