What I really like about this mug is it keeps my tea hot and if I'm having something cold it will keep that cold. It's shatter proof and it has a double wall of insulation which means that it's super easy to hold. I really like this handle too because I can easily put my hand in there. These mugs come with a lid also which is very nice because I have a cat and he tends to knock things over so I don't have to worry about my tea getting knocked over. I'm really enjoying this mug and that's my point of view.
