Ellora Farms Pomegranate Vinegar

Hey, it's Gina with WTI. I want to introduce you to my new secret weapon in the kitchen. I love using vinegar when I cook, but I had never tried a pomegranate infused balsamic before. I can't believe how many dishes taste better when I add this Ellora Farms pomegranate infused balsamic vinegar to them. Whether I add it to a vegetable dish, use it as salad dressing or over a meat dish, I've even made cocktails with it. I know that sounds bizarre, but it really tastes so good. It's not overpoweringly sour, but you just have that nice acidic bite with a very sweet overtone.
