Our Point of View on Elenco Soldering Kits

Hi guys, it's Kate with What Tools Inside and I wanted to tell you about a soldering kit that we got for my son. So it's actually a pretty cool little kit. It comes with this soldering gun. So it's a 25 watt soldering gun. It feels like a nice quality product. And it comes with all the things to practice. So here's the little circuit board. You can see that he started practicing already with those. It has all your little components, all sorts of things honestly. All kinds of things. So what I really liked about it was that it came with very clear instructions. My son wasn't quite 12 so he had a little bit of trouble following it. So he needed parental supervision. But any child older than that should be able to pick up on this quite quickly. But it takes you through step by step and really breaks down the process so you can learn. So this was all just practice. They do a lot of repeated activities to really get you comfortable with the soldering gun. So overall I'm really pleased with it. I think it's great for a kid to learn a new hobby. And this really gives them all these instructions, slows it right down for them to learn. So I'd highly recommend that you give this kit a go. And that's my point of view.
