e.l.f. No Budge Eyeliner Pencil & Retractable Eyeliner

Now it's called that for a reason because it has incredible staying power. It is waterproof. It is not going anywhere. So it's a really creamy formula. It glides on really nicely. You're not tugging at your eyes. It gives you a gorgeous dark definition. I have it in brown. I absolutely love it for a natural look. When you first apply it, you can easily smudge it out or do whatever you want to do with it. But once it sets, it's locked in. I often use this on my top lid because I like that it gives me a kind of smoky natural look or you could easily use this on your bottom lashes or your waterline.
