Our Point of View on US Weight Duracast Set From Amazon

Hey everyone, it's Sinead from WTI. So I was finding it hard to make time to go to the gym. So I bought this weight set from US Weights and they have been perfect for working out at home. Now when I do any weight training I tend to use lighter weights and higher reps. So this was just what I needed. It was perfect for me. It comes with four 10 pound weights, two 5 pound weights, your barbell and your spring clips. These weights are very easy to put together. When you use the spring clips they feel nice and secure. So I like to use these about three times a week. They're nice because you can do all kinds of exercises with them whether you want to work your upper body or your lower body. You can also do some ab exercises with them as well. So this is a great value if you're looking to get fit at home and that's my point of view.
